    Designed for continuous slicing with its motorised in-feed belts (1 lower in-feed belt and 1 upper electronically adjustable belt to compress the loaf and push it into the slicing frames), the Full allows the efficient slicing of a wide variety of breads. The speed of the motorised belts can be adjusted to adapt the rate of slicing to different types of bread. Full performs best with 2 operators (1 loading / 1 unloading and bagging). For single operator use, the optional feed chute is strongly recommended to increase storage capacity.

    Exclusive mixing system
    TRADILEVAIN is used to produce and maintain liquid sourdough starter at an ideal consistency. The machine is available in 3 capacities, and its functioning is highly innovative. A submerged blade ensures uniform mixing. Cleaning is not required with this type of mixer as the blade is positioned at the bottom of the tank. The tank is fitted with a wide-opening, hermetically-sealed cover (anaerobic), enabling flour and hot water (45°) to be easily added.
